Donate FAQ's

A. Nothing. 100% of your donation goes towards the lifesaving equipment and the treatment of destitute patients. All expenses are personally bourne by the volunteers who run the Noor Foundation UK.

  How can I donate?

A. There are several ways to donate. You can either donate (the quickest and most efficient method), or you can donate in other ways such as by Bank transfer, or by post using a cheque or postal order.

  Is my donation eligible for Gift Aid?

A. Yes, as long as you are a UK tax payer. Please see our 'Gift Aid Scheme' page for further details.

  Will I receive a receipt?

A. Yes, we will post you a printed receipt for your donation, which you should keep for your records. We are unfortunately unable to issue receipts for donations made via bank transfer.

   How can I be sure that the online donations are secure?

A. The Noor Foundation UK uses the Charities Aid Foundations secure online platform for processing our donations online. Your details are 100% secure and their latest "SSL technology" ensures all your personal details and card or bank number are encrypted before being sent. This ensures your details cannot be seen by third parties.

  Which cards do you accept?

A. For online donations you may use the following cards: Maestro, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Solo, JCB, Diners, Laser.. This includes single donations and regular giving via a credit/debit card.

   How can I give regularly?

A. You can donate regularly by setting up a standing order here.

  Can I amend or cancel my regular donation by standing order?

A. Yes, you can. If you would like to amend or cancel your standing order you can do so at any time simply by contacting your bank at any time.

  My bank details are changing, what should I do?

A. To create another standing order, simply visit our 'Regular Donation' page and follw the instructions.
